On Idol(my latest past time) Randy was always repeating his latest and greatest blurb relating to contestants. he got stuck on, "Listen up Dog! Listen, You could sing the Phone Book!"

Well some creative guy, had the Davids both sing the phonebook. They sang it and well, I will let you see how they did.

He Won!

I think America got it right. David Cook was able to pull off the upset even though it apeared the Judges were trying to take it another direction. Maybe they made it end this way by saying what the did the other night. Inspiring people to vote for David Cook. Either way, congrats to both, but it was great to see the most talented in my opinion win one. Here is one last Video of his performing. Gotta love the Top!

I am going to dedicate this post to Simon!

He manned up last night and apologized for his comments to David Cook the other night on Idol. Said he was too harsh on him, especially after going home and watching the whole thing over again. Props to you Simon for doing the right thing. Way to Man Up and let him and people like me who were pissed by your comments. I have to admit David Cook took them a lot better than I would have.

OH MY GOD!

Simon shilled right along with that Tool Randy, who cant seem to find new ways to describe a performance if his life depended on it. It is either "Pitchy", or you can "Sing the Phone Book". "It was alright, dog check this out! check this out dog!"
Then there is Paula. I think she went and asked Alice! She is defenitely chasing Rabbits. What can you say about Paula? I mean really, at least she had something positive to say most of the time, and you knew she had no idea where she was week after week after they dropped her off at work.

But Simon?! I think if Simon believes Archuleta is the best, Well Paula is sharing her stash! David Archuleta is cruise ship material! That guy will make it big doing cruise ship entertainment. Old people who want sappy, nostrilized, ballady crap like he sings week in and week out.

I know its probably better if Archuleta wins, then Cook wont be locked into a contract with the idiots called American Idol for whatever the term of that contract is.

I never thought it would happen

But I do like American Idol. I love Music anyway, but something about people with talent yet to be discovered makes it really enjoyable. There happens to be such a guy on the show now. He wont win the thing because of the stupid people who vote not based on talent. They have already sent a couple of the talented ones home. I think David Cook should win the whole thing. They will probably give it to that no talent punk David Archuletta who goes out there and gets all the little girls worked up. I have to admit Syesha Mercado has flat turned it on and has been performing some great songs. I think once she figured out anyone who wanted to hear Whitney Houston, already has her albums she is doing alright.
